Well it seems that NBC figured out that Veggie Tales is about God and not just about animated vegetables running around telling jokes. NBC has asked Veggie Tales creator, Phil Vischer, to edit a little more than he originally bargained for. What started out as asking that the Bible verse that gets displayed at the end of every episode be removed, has now transformed into the edict of removing all references to the Bible & God.

Phil Vischer's blog...
When I first heard of this news I thought that Phil had completely sold out to the producers at NBC. While I still have mixed feelings about the situation, I do know that God works in mysterious ways. Veggie Tales & 3-2-1 Penguins (both Big Idea productions) topped the ratings charts with their respective debuts. Maybe it will get people into the stores that sell the unedited versions of Veggie Tales...maybe it will create a buzz so gigantic that NBC will allow the unedited versions to be produced...who knows. With God at the steering wheel....the possibilites are infinite.

Walker & I had such a great time this afternoon. We went to park and he & I played, and played, and played! Then we headed off to McDonald's for an ice cream cone or as Walker likes to call it "ice keen cone". =) The little guy is getting so big. He's putting SO many words together to make sentences it's unbelieveable. "What's that noise?"..."Lynn, Phil, Caleb, Walker, Mommy, Daddy go to Busch Gardens to ride choo choo train!"...."Walker go potty".
There are so many to name I could only add a few. We all send our best and we hope that these pictures find everyone doing well!Matt
Time to play, Daddy!
This is what Walker does when you ask him to smile....
And he's off!
Daddy, are you coming or what??

I'm heading to slide...

Where's Walker?

I got a little over zealous taking this picture...I immediately put the camera up and ran over to him to make sure he got up safe and sound. He barely needed my help...

Guess who??

Walker kept saying "water park! water park!"...I guess he saw the water and assumed it was Water Country theme park. =)

So much room to run...so little time.
Incognito...
This is the park where we celebrated Walker's 2nd birthday. What a beautiful place...
A bird chirping..."Daddy, what's that noise??"
